Technology News: Facebook: We want a billion people in VR

In its continued effort to take virtual reality mainstream, Facebook has announced Oculus Go a headset that will be released in 2018. Zuckerberg said the device, priced at $199, would be the “most accessible VR experience ever”.This means that it will be accessible to most people, or the average consumer. Will have the ability to partake in the VR phenomenon without the complex computers and home entertainment systems. Such as the Xbox One or PS4 Pro. Whom have each have taken steps into the VR market. With this move by facebook, other companies may take the venture into the affordable VR market.
