Obviously the greatest computer-related invention is the Internet. So much power and information is held within the anyone who has access to the internet. It's hard to fathom that we lived for millennia without it. Another computer-related invention that was highly influential was the MRI. We have the ability to examine someones health from the inside without putting them at risk from opening up their body. In fact, most medical equipment relies on computers so the invention of the computer in general is mighty important.

End of Year Class Evaluation

End of Year Reflection 1.) In this class, I enjoyed the music that would be playing when we walked in or during our work, it was calming and some times I could recognize a song I have heard before. I also enjoyed the lectures. 2.) In this class I did not like the long periods where we would work for extended periods of time on the computer. I found it boring to do the same tasks over and over again. 3.) I think Mr.Haymore should include himself more in computer assignments in the class. Like when we do Khan Academy and Flash Card Machine, Mr. Haymore should occasionally show that he is doing the same thing on the overhead and maybe he can crack a few jokes. It would make those long periods easier to get through. 4.) I am reading my life planning goals journal and writing in it for 5 minutes everyday. I think it is important to have direction so that is why I do it. To know where I am going and how I will get there. 5.) I am committed to being a CTR person 24/7 beca

In order to better capture the interest of users, Duolingo offers a variety of features that make the process a fun and engaging experience like a videogame. As users continue to learn new things about a particular language, they are able to build experience points and access more advanced lessons related to the languages that they are trying to learn.
